美国国土安全与执法类情报专业硕士课程体系结构、内容与启示

【摘要】：[目的/意义]考察美国高校国土安全与执法类情报专业(方向)硕士学位项目课程体系结构与内容,为我国情报学专业建设与硕士学位课程设置提供参考。[方法/过程]以美国5所高校国土安全与执法类情报专业硕士学位课程为样本,对其学制学分、侧重领域、培养目标、课程体系结构和课程内容等进行系统梳理和分析。[结果/结论]建议我国有条件的高校借鉴美国经验,参与国土安全与执法类情报专业建设与人才培养,重点围绕科学研究方法论、国土安全与恐怖主义、犯罪与刑事司法、情报搜集与分析、情报管理与领导力、执法写作等6大模块开发课程;加大国土安全、风险威胁、恐怖主义、刑事司法制度等课程比重,践行"宽口径、厚基础"的人才培养理念;重视情报职业道德伦理准则课程建设,提升情报专业精神与职业认同度。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to investigate the structure and content of the master's degree program of homeland security and law enforcement in American universities, and to provide reference for the construction of information science major and the establishment of master's degree course in China.[methods] A sample of master's degree courses in Homeland Security and Law Enforcement in 5 American colleges and universities was used to systematically comb and analyze the academic system credit, focus on fields, training objectives, curriculum system structure and course contents.[results / conclusion] it is suggested that our country's qualified colleges and universities should draw lessons from the experience of the United States and participate in the construction of homeland security and law enforcement intelligence major and the cultivation of talents, focusing on the methodology of scientific research, homeland security and terrorism, crime and criminal justice.Intelligence collection and analysis, intelligence management and leadership, law enforcement writing and other six modules development courses; increase the national security, risk threats, terrorism, criminal justice system and other courses, the practice of "broad caliber,"The concept of talent training based on "thick foundation", the course construction of ethics criterion of information professional ethics, the promotion of information professional spirit and professional identity.
