手术室护理专业学位研究生特色化培养模式的构建

【摘要】：目的以手术室高级实践护士的角色职能为依据,探索手术室护理专业学位研究生培养目标、培养方案和质量评估的三级指标体系,构建手术室护理专业学位研究生的特色化培养模式。方法通过文献研究法和半结构访谈法形成德尔菲专家函询表,采用优序图法、百分权重法探索手术室专业核心能力的权重。采用德尔菲法(Delphi法)进行两轮函询,29位专家对问卷的修订和完善提供了修改意见。结果1两轮咨询的专家积极系数分别为96.7%、100%,专家权威系数为0.82,总体K endall’s W分别为0.276和0.409(P㩳0.01)。2运用优序图分别对手术室专业技术能力和手术室术专业非技术能力排序,探索发现专家比较注重围手术期护理评估和操作能力,其次是应急处理能力,感染控制能力和仪器设备管理能力。在手术室专业非技术能力中比较重视安全护理能力,其次是沟通与团队合作能力、伦理决策能力,对具备领导力的要求较低。3本研究从培养目标、培养方案和质量评估三个方面确立了3个一级指标,14个二级指标和61个三级指标,初步形成手术室护理专业学位研究生培养模式的指标体系。结论专家积极性和权威程度高,研究结果可靠。该模式基于手术室高级实践护士的角色构建,适用于手术室方向护理专业学位研究生的培养。
[Abstract]:Objective on the basis of the role and function of senior practical nurses in operating room, to explore the training goal, training scheme and quality evaluation system of nursing graduate students in operating room. To construct a special training model for nursing degree graduate students in operating room. Methods Delphi's expert questionnaire was formed by literature research and semi-structured interview. The weight of the core competence of operating room was explored by the method of superior order map and percentage weight. Two rounds of mail inquiry were conducted by Delphi method. 29 experts provided suggestions for the revision and perfection of the questionnaire. Results (1) the positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 96.7100, the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.82, the total K endall's W was 0.276 and 0.409(P?0.01).2 ranked the professional technical ability of operating room and non-technical ability of operating room by using superior sequence map, respectively. It was found that experts pay more attention to perioperative nursing evaluation and operation ability, followed by emergency management ability, infection control ability and equipment management ability. In operating room professional non-technical ability, safety nursing ability was emphasized, followed by communication and team work ability, ethical decision-making ability, low requirement of leadership. 3. The training program and quality evaluation established 3 primary indexes, 14 second class indexes and 61 third grade indexes, which formed the index system of nursing degree graduate training model in operating room. Conclusion the degree of enthusiasm and authority of experts is high, and the results of research are reliable. The model is based on the role of senior practical nurses in operating room and is suitable for the cultivation of graduate students majoring in nursing in the direction of operating room.
