【摘要】：秉承"素质教育和创新教育"理念,探索建立在ESA模式下开展对医学科学学位型研究生进行阶梯式科研实验培训。展开问卷调查明确培训方向、编写实验培训讲义、进行基础式岗前培训、系列式实验技术实训、依托科研项目的针对式指导,以及微课微信碎片式、在线虚拟仿真学习,并且举办系列科研讲座及沙龙活动。以阶梯式层次培养使研究生得到较为规范的生物安全、生物医学系列技能训练。
[Abstract]:Adhering to the concept of "quality education and innovation education", this paper explores the establishment of the ESA model to carry out the experimental training for graduate students in medical science. Conducting questionnaires to clarify the direction of training, compiling experimental training handouts, conducting basic pre-job training, training series of experimental technology, relying on the targeted guidance of scientific research projects, and micro-lesson micro-information, online virtual simulation learning, And hold a series of scientific research lectures and salon activities. The training of step-by-step level enables graduate students to get more standardized training in biosafety and biomedical skills.
