开放办学与重心下移:日内瓦大学博士生培养过程管理研究

【摘要】：日内瓦大学是一所高度国际化的大学,其博士生培养过程管理制度坚持传承与创新相结合,以应对全球化、市场竞争与知识经济对博士学历人才的新挑战与新要求。本文以日内瓦大学博士生培养过程的组织与管理为例,集中探讨其内部质量保障体系的基本特征:国际视野、开放合作的培养方针,重心下移、院系主导的过程管理,以期能为我国的博士生教育提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:University of Geneva is a highly international university, its doctoral training process management system insists on the combination of inheritance and innovation in order to meet the new challenges and requirements of globalization, market competition and knowledge economy to doctoral talents. Taking the organization and management of the doctoral training process of the University of Geneva as an example, this paper focuses on the basic characteristics of its internal quality assurance system: international perspective, open cooperative cultivation policy, the shift of center of gravity, the process management dominated by faculties and departments. In order to provide a useful reference for the doctoral education in China.
