我国博士生培养质量提升的关键点控制研究

【摘要】:20世纪80年代以后,世界高等教育进入了以提升质量为中心目标的时代,提高质量已成为世界高等教育的共同主题。博士生教育位于教育体系最高层次,是教育水平的标志,各国都把博士生培养质量当作教育的生命线予以重视。博士生创新能力的培养,是当今我国高等教育界关注的热点;如何提升博士生培养质量,是我国高等教育一项极其紧迫的任务。 为探讨提升我国当前博士生培养质量的方法,本文首次将关键点控制管理理论引入博士生培养质量管理系统。文章运用鱼骨图法,分析影响博士生创新性培养的种种因素;根据木桶原理,阐述选择关键点的依据,确定博士生招生、博士学位论文以及博士生导师为提升博士生培养质量的关键点;从多个角度对博士生培养的三个关键点现状进行了分析,从而明确关键点控制目标,并对各关键点控制的实施进行了探索。 文章最后对博士生培养质量三个关键点之间的关系及关键点控制的要点进行了总结,并指出由于博士生培养质量关键点控制存在着学科、学校和时空的差异性,因此相关研究具有进一步探讨的价值。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the world's higher education has entered the era of improving the quality as the central goal, improving the quality has become the common theme of the world's higher education. Doctoral education is the highest level of education system, and it is the symbol of education level. All countries attach importance to the quality of doctoral education as the lifeline of education. Nowadays, the cultivation of doctoral students' innovative ability is a hot topic in the field of higher education in China, and how to improve the quality of doctoral students' cultivation is an extremely urgent task in our country's higher education. In order to improve the quality of doctoral training in China, the key point control management theory is introduced into the doctoral training quality management system for the first time. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the innovative cultivation of doctoral students by using fish bone map, expounds the basis of selecting key points according to the principle of wooden barrels, and determines the enrollment of doctoral students. In order to improve the quality of doctoral training, the paper analyzes the status quo of the three key points of doctoral training from many angles, and makes clear the control objectives of the key points. And the implementation of the key points of control is explored. Finally, the paper summarizes the relationship between the three key points of doctoral cultivation quality and the key points of controlling the key points, and points out that there are differences among disciplines, schools and time and space due to the key points control of doctoral cultivation quality. Therefore, the relevant research has the value of further exploration.
