我国研究生科研成果影响因素分析

【摘要】:研究生教育作为高等教育结构中的最高层次,为国家建设和民族振兴培养、输送大量高层次创新人才是它义不容辞的责任。2003年教育部启动了研究生教育创新工程,口的即深化研究生教育改革,不断提高研究生科研能力。由此看来,研究生科研能力已然成为研究生教育最重要的培养目标,是研究生教育质量的核心和关键。但是,研究生的科研能力不能靠主观判断,必须通过客观的科研成果来反映,因此,为了了解并提高研究生科研能力和培养质量,探究研究生科研成果现状及影响因素将成为一个关键研究点。 本研究采用定量研究方法重点探讨影响研究生科研成果的因素,先从“我国研究生科研项目调查”问卷出发,对问卷进行初步的项目分析、信度效度分析、因子分析,然后对我国研究生科研成果基本情况作了描述性统计分析,对不同背景研究生科研成果的差别作了差异性统计分析,接着对我国研究生科研成果的影响因素作了相关性分析,最后对各影响因素与科研成果之间的关系作了多元回归分析。 本文主要研究结论有以下几点:第一,我国研究生科研成果的整体现状并不是很理想,大多数研究生目前没任何科研成果;第二,学历、年级、自身努力、科研兴趣、导师课题、性别、婚姻状况、硕十专业、所在高校等级、出生地、制度环境对研究生科研成果有显著的影响力;第三,影响研究生科研成果总量的关键因素按照重要性大小排序为学历、年级、自身努力、科研兴趣、导师课题、性别、婚姻状况、硕士专业、所在高校等级、出生地、制度环境;第四,对于研究生科研成果总量,学历程度越高则越多、年级越高则越多、参与导师课题者多于未参与者、男生多于女生、已婚者多于未婚者、自然科学多于人文社会科学、出生于城市者多于出生于农村者、制度环境越好则越多、自身努力程度越高则越多、科研兴趣越高则越多。 根据研究结论,提出以下政策建议:第一,研究生应从低年级就开始积极培养科研兴趣,并且付出更多努力。在选取导师方面应与自己的能力和兴趣达到最佳匹配,要积极参与导师课题,不断积累经验和提高独立研究能力:第二,研究生导师应对研究生的科研活动给予积极指导,充分提供参与课题的机会,尽可能对研究生的科研活动提供物质上的支持;第三,各高校应建立良好的制度环境,保证制度的公平性,同时不应忽视对广大女研究生和硕士群体的科研能力的培养和支持。
[Abstract]:As the highest level in the structure of higher education, graduate education is the unshirkable responsibility of training for national construction and national rejuvenation and transporting a large number of high-level innovative talents. In 2003, the Ministry of Education launched the Graduate Education Innovation Project. Mouth namely deepens graduate student education reform, unceasingly enhances graduate student scientific research ability. In view of this, graduate scientific research ability has become the most important training goal of graduate education and the core and key of graduate education quality. However, the scientific research ability of graduate students cannot be reflected by subjective judgment, but must be reflected by objective scientific research results. Therefore, in order to understand and improve the scientific research ability and training quality of graduate students, It will become a key research point to explore the status quo and influencing factors of graduate research achievements. In this study, the quantitative research method is used to discuss the factors that affect the research results of graduate students. First of all, from the questionnaire of Graduate Scientific Research Project in China, the preliminary item analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis are carried out on the questionnaire. Then, the author makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the basic situation of graduate scientific research achievements in China, makes a statistical analysis of the differences of scientific research results of graduate students from different backgrounds, and then makes a correlation analysis on the influencing factors of the research results of graduate students in China. Finally, multiple regression analysis is made on the relationship between the influencing factors and scientific research results. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the overall status quo of graduate research achievements in China is not very ideal, most graduate students do not have any scientific research achievements at present; second, education, grade, their own efforts, scientific research interests, Teacher topics, gender, marital status, Shuo ten majors, where the university level, place of birth, institutional environment have a significant impact on graduate research results; third, The key factors influencing the total amount of scientific research achievements of postgraduates are: academic degree, grade, self-effort, scientific research interest, tutor subject, sex, marital status, master's major, degree of university, birthplace, institutional environment. Fourth, for the total amount of graduate scientific research results, the higher the degree of education, the higher the grade, the more people are involved in the tutor project, the more male than the female, the more married than the unmarried, the more natural science than the humanities and social sciences. People born in cities are more than those born in rural areas, the better the institutional environment is, the more efforts they have, the more interest they have in scientific research. According to the conclusions of the study, the following policy suggestions are put forward: first, graduate students should actively cultivate their interest in scientific research from the lower grade and make more efforts. In the selection of mentors, the best match should be achieved with their abilities and interests. They should take an active part in the tutor project, accumulate experience and improve their independent research ability. Second, the graduate tutor should give positive guidance to the research activities of the graduate students. To provide adequate opportunities to participate in the project and to provide material support to graduate research activities as far as possible; third, colleges and universities should establish a good institutional environment to ensure the fairness of the system. At the same time, we should not neglect to cultivate and support the scientific research ability of the majority of female graduate students and master's groups.
