导师资助制下的师生关系研究

【摘要】: 研究生教育质量成为人们日益关注的话题,2007年起在部分高校试行的导师资助制改革目的便是提高研究生培养质量。导师和研究生是导师资助制的直接相关者,他们之间的关系也是影响研究生教育质量的重要因素。目前我国研究生教育领域的师生关系是怎样的状况?导师资助制的实施会不会对师生关系产生影响?这是本研究关注的问题。 本研究首先梳理了研究生教育产生至今师生关系的变化,考察师生关系的主要影响因素。继而介绍和分析了导师资助制改革,得出本研究的假设前提:导师的职责在导师资助制下主要有三个维度:学术指导、人生指导和经济资助,师生关系也围绕这三个维度展开。本研究通过问卷调查来考察博士生导师对学生的指导情况、博士生对导师指导的满意度以及在此基础上的师生关系情况。 通过调查研究发现:博士生对导师三个维度指导的评价接近“比较满意”,其中学术和人生指导满意度好于经济资助满意度;三个维度之间显著相关,三维度的指导与师生关系有显著相关性,其中人生指导和学术指导对师生关系的影响大于经济资助;师生关系几乎不受性别影响,在不同年级有差异(随年级升高而趋好)但差异不显著,不同学科之间师生关系的评价较为复杂;文科与工科在各维度指导满意度上存在较大差异。 根据研究结果,本论文提出改善师生关系的建议:在经济资助方面要弥补经费缺口,设立扶持基金,学科区别对待以及规范财务手续;在学术指导方面,导师应正确发挥课题项目的作用;在人生指导上,师生间应该有更多交流。
[Abstract]:The quality of graduate education has become a topic of increasing concern. The purpose of the reform of tutor support system in some colleges and universities since 2007 is to improve the quality of graduate education. Tutors and postgraduates are directly related to the tutorial subsidy system, and the relationship between them is also an important factor affecting the quality of graduate education. What is the current situation of teacher-student relationship in the field of graduate education in China? Will the implementation of the tutorial subsidy system have an impact on the teacher-student relationship? This is the concern of this study. This study first combs the change of the teacher-student relationship from the beginning of graduate education to the present, and investigates the main influencing factors of the teacher-student relationship. Then, the author introduces and analyzes the reform of tutor support system, and concludes that the premise of this study is that there are three dimensions in the role of tutor: academic guidance, life guidance and economic support, and the relationship between teachers and students revolves around these three dimensions. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the guidance of doctoral tutors to students, their satisfaction with tutors' guidance and the relationship between teachers and students. Through investigation and research, it is found that the evaluation of the three dimensions of tutors' guidance is close to "relatively satisfactory", in which academic and life guidance satisfaction is better than that of financial support, and there is a significant correlation between the three dimensions. There is a significant correlation between three-dimensional guidance and teacher-student relationship, in which the influence of life guidance and academic guidance on teacher-student relationship is greater than that of financial aid, and the teacher-student relationship is almost independent of gender. There are differences in different grades (tend to be better with grade), but the difference is not significant, the evaluation of teacher-student relationship between different subjects is more complex, and there are great differences between liberal arts and engineering in different dimensions of guidance satisfaction. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the teacher-student relationship: to make up for the funding gap in financial aid, to set up the support fund, to treat the subject differently and to standardize the financial procedures; in the aspect of academic guidance, The tutor should give full play to the role of the project, and there should be more communication between teachers and students in life guidance.
