治理理论视域下的内蒙古高校研究生思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】："学校教育,育人为本,德智体美,育德为先,""思想政治教育,在各级各类学校都要摆在重要的地位,任何时候都不能放松和削弱。"学校教育关乎人才培养质量,人才关乎国家长治久安、关乎中华民族伟大"中国梦"的实现。由此看来,高等学校落实立德树人这一根本任务,对研究生思想政治教育而言显得尤为重要。为了深入了解当下研究生思想政治教育状况,揭示研究生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,进一步提升研究生思想政治教育工作质量和水平,本文紧紧把握国家一系列文件以及全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,针对研究生思想政治教育工作实际,列举能够反映研究生思想状况的相关内容,形成研究生思想政治教育状况调查问卷。通过查阅资料、问卷调查、师生访谈、定量定性分析,归纳出内蒙古地区研究生思想状况脉络。通过对问卷中高校工作、研究生自身以及环境等方面的综合分析,明晰了内蒙古高校研究生思想问题产生的原因,进而在治理理论视域下提出,要从教育理理念,教育机制、教育内容、教育方法以及优化教育环境等方面,加强和改进内蒙古高校研究生思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:"School education, education based on people, morality, wisdom, physical beauty, and morality first," ideological and political education should be placed in an important position at all levels and all types of schools, and no time should be allowed to relax or weaken it. " School education is related to the quality of talent cultivation, the long-term stability of the country and the realization of the great "Chinese Dream" of the Chinese nation. In view of this, it is particularly important for graduate ideological and political education to carry out the basic task of creating people by virtue in colleges and universities. In order to deeply understand the current situation of postgraduates' ideological and political education, reveal the problems existing in the work of postgraduates' ideological and political education, and further enhance the quality and level of graduate students' ideological and political education, This paper closely grasps a series of national documents and the spirit of the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In view of the reality of the ideological and political work of graduate students, this paper lists the relevant contents that can reflect the ideological situation of graduate students. Form a questionnaire on the ideological and political education of postgraduates. Through consulting materials, questionnaire, teachers and students interviews, quantitative qualitative analysis, summed up the ideological situation of graduate students in Inner Mongolia. Through the comprehensive analysis of the work of colleges and universities, the graduate students themselves and the environment in the questionnaire, this paper clarifies the causes of the ideological problems of graduate students in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities, and then puts forward, from the perspective of governance theory, the idea of educational theory, the educational mechanism, and so on. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of graduate students in Inner Mongolia.
