【摘要】:近年来,我国硕士研究生教育的发展十分迅速,以年递增20-30%的速度扩大。在硕士研究生教育招生规模超常规发展、学位类型、攻读渠道和培养模式亦日趋多样化的形势下,如果没有在质量上加以控制和保证,将会严重影响我国硕士研究生自身的可持续发展。为此,建立硕士研究生教育质量保障体系,对促进我国硕士研究生教育的规范发展及其质量的持续提高,具有十分重要的意义。评价是保障质量的重要手段,从质量评价的角度出发,为我国硕士研究生教育质量保障探索一条有效的途径,无论在理论还是实践价值方面,都具有积极的促进作用。理论上来说,以硕士研究生教育质量为对象,从评价的基本理论出发,构建硕士研究生教育质量评价体系,一方面可以丰富与发展硕士研究生教育理论,另一方面也能对教育评价做进一步的探讨;从实践方面看,建立起科学、高效的硕士研究生教育质量评价体系,对我国培养适应时代需要具有较高创新精神和较强创新能力的高层次人才,促进我国科学技术、社会经济、文化等方面的发展,从而使我国在21世纪全球竞争中占据一席之地具有十分重要的意义。 本文主要研究我国硕士研究生教育质量评价的问题,共分五章。第一章,概述立论的意义、研究现状和需辨析的几个概念;第二章,叙述了立论研究的国内外相关情况;第三章,分析论述我国硕士研究生教育质量的评价标准及其确定依据和培养过程的特点;第四章,分析论述我国硕士研究生教育质量评价的指标体系的内涵、意义和技术特征,结合具体专业提出指标体系个案并进行必要的分析;第五章,分析论述评价的运作模式和机制的建设。全文的重点与难点主要体现为比较分析学士、硕士、博士的特点与差异,提出硕士研究生评价标准的确定,及强调评价指标体系在技术上应体现硕士研究生教育质量的特征,即完备性与可测性之间兼顾与特殊处理方式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of graduate education in China is very rapid, increasing by 20-30% per year. In the situation that the enrollment scale of graduate education is beyond the normal development, the type of degree, the channels of study and the training mode are becoming more and more diversified, if the quality is not controlled and guaranteed, It will seriously affect the sustainable development of our graduate students. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a quality assurance system for master's graduate education in order to promote the standard development and continuous improvement of the quality of graduate education in China. Evaluation is an important means to guarantee quality. From the point of view of quality evaluation, exploring an effective way for the quality assurance of postgraduate education in China, both in theory and in practice, plays an active role in promoting it. Theoretically speaking, taking the quality of graduate education as the object, starting from the basic theory of evaluation, we can construct the evaluation system of the education quality of postgraduates. On the one hand, we can enrich and develop the theory of education for postgraduates. On the other hand, it can also further explore the educational evaluation. From the practical point of view, we can establish a scientific and efficient evaluation system for the education quality of graduate students. To train high-level talents with high innovation spirit and strong innovation ability to meet the needs of the times, and to promote the development of science and technology, social economy, culture, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance for our country to occupy a place in the global competition in the 21 st century. This paper mainly studies the quality evaluation of graduate education in China, which is divided into five chapters. The first chapter summarizes the significance of the theory, the status quo of the research and several concepts to be analyzed; the second chapter, describes the relevant domestic and foreign research situation; the third chapter, In chapter four, the connotation, significance and technical characteristics of the index system for the evaluation of the quality of graduate education in China are analyzed and discussed. Combined with the specific professional index system case and necessary analysis; the fifth chapter discusses the evaluation of the operational model and mechanism of the construction. The emphases and difficulties of this paper are mainly reflected in the comparative analysis of the characteristics and differences of bachelor's, master's and doctor's degree, and the determination of evaluation standard for master's graduate students, and the emphasis that the evaluation index system should reflect the characteristics of master's education quality technically. That is, completeness and testability between the balance and special treatment.
