【摘要】： 随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,我国的旅游教育也取得了很大的成就,旅游管理专业硕士研究生教育也在不断的加强。但是由于旅游管理专业硕士研究生教育起步晚,在人才培养方面还有很大的欠缺,存在着与市场严重脱节等问题。课程学习是实现研究生培养目标、保证研究生培养质量的重要环节,科学的课程体系和良好的教学方式将直接影响研究生知识面的广度和研究创新能力的高低。因此,研究生的课程设置是否合理,成为决定研究生培养质量的重要因素。本论文从以下几个方面对我国高等院校旅游管理专业硕士研究生课程体系作了深入而系统的探索。第一部分是绪论。阐述了本论文的研究背景及选题意义;综述了目前国内外相关研究成果;指出了本论文的研究思路和主要的研究方法。第二部分即第二章。界定了研究生课程、课程体系、课程结构、旅游管理硕士等相关概念;明确了旅游管理专业硕士研究生教育课程体系的构成要素;探讨了旅游管理专业硕士研究生课程体系改革的理论基础,即研究生素质教育理论、系统理论和人本主义课程理论。第三部分是第三章。是对我国高校旅游管理专业硕士研究生课程体系现状的分析。本文选取了22所具有代表性的高校,通过对这些学校课程体系的分析与总结,得出课程体系具有明显的板块组合;课程内容重视政治理论课和公共外语的学习;专业设置突出专业性、专门化等现状。同时课程体系存在以下问题:以二级学科设置专业基础课,课程范围过于狭窄;课程体系缺乏整体性和系统性,“本科化”严重;课程结构不合理,选修课、学术讲座和学术讨论课欠缺;对旅游热点、难点和争议性问题关注不够;教材的种类和数量有限,教学手段单一化;课程教学评估比较模糊;对原有专业存在依赖性。第四部分即第四章。依据研究生素质教育理论、系统理论和人本主义课程理论提出改革思路:明确定位课程目标;整体优化课程体系;改革公共基础课程;科学安排专业课程;增加选修课的种类和数量;打造精品课程;妥善处理课程结构内部的关系。第五部分即第五章。通过提升硕士生导师的综合素质;加强硕士生教材的编写;采用多元化的教学方式;开展教师的课程实施评估和学生的课程学习评估相结合的评估方式来加强课程实施过程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, the tourism education in China has also made great achievements, and the postgraduate education of the master of tourism management is also continuously strengthened. However, because of the late start of the postgraduate education for the master of tourism management, there are still a lot of defects in the training of talents, and there are some problems with the serious disconnection with the market. It is an important link to realize the goal of postgraduate training and ensure the quality of postgraduate training. The scientific curriculum system and good teaching methods will directly affect the breadth of the graduate knowledge and the ability of research and innovation. Therefore, the rationality of the graduate students' curriculum is an important factor to determine the quality of postgraduate training. The following aspects have made an in-depth and systematic exploration of the postgraduate curriculum system of Tourism Management Specialty in Chinese universities.
The first part is the introduction. It expounds the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad, and points out the research ideas and main research methods of this paper.
The second part is the second chapter. It defines postgraduate curriculum, curriculum system, curriculum structure, tourism management master and other related concepts, clarifies the elements of the master graduate education curriculum system of tourism management specialty, and probes into the theoretical basis of the reform of the curriculum system for postgraduate students in tourism management, that is, the theory of graduate quality education. The third part is the third chapter. It is an analysis of the present situation of the postgraduate curriculum system of College Tourism Management in China. This paper selects 22 representative colleges and universities. Through the analysis and summary of the curriculum system of these schools, it is concluded that the curriculum system has an obvious plate combination; the course content attaches importance to the political theory course and the public foreign language. The following problems exist in the curriculum system: setting up professional basic courses in the two level disciplines, the course scope is too narrow; the curriculum system lacks integrity and systematicness, "undergraduate course" is serious; the course structure is not reasonable, elective courses, academic lectures and academic discussion classes are lacking; tourism hot spots There is not enough attention in the difficult and controversial issues; the type and quantity of the teaching materials are limited, the teaching means are monotonous; the evaluation of the course teaching is relatively vague; it is dependent on the original specialty.
The fourth part is the fourth chapter. According to the postgraduate quality education theory, system theory and humanism curriculum theory, the reform ideas are put forward: clearly positioning the curriculum objectives, optimizing the curriculum system as a whole; reforming the public basic curriculum; arranging the specialized courses scientifically; increasing the variety and quantity of the elective courses; building a fine course; properly handling the course structure.
