教育生态学视域下导师与辅导员合力育人机制探究

【摘要】：研究生教育在我国高等教育人才培养中的地位举足轻重。导师和辅导员作为研究生思想政治教育工作的主体,实现合力育人是贯彻国家教育方针、落实国家教育政策,深化研究生培养机制改革,解决当前研究生群体思想政治问题的基本要求和有效途径。在教育生态学视域下,需要使研究生导师、辅导员两支平行力量交叉融合,从机构设置上互相兼顾、队伍建设上互相融合、日常工作中互相沟通入手,构建整体互存、动态平衡、和谐共生的合力育人机制,对研究生的思想发展及科研素养给予多方面的指导和培养。
[Abstract]:Postgraduate education plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in higher education in China. As the main body of graduate students' ideological and political education, tutors and counselors work together to carry out the national education policy, implement the national education policy, and deepen the reform of postgraduate training mechanism. The basic requirements and effective ways to solve the ideological and political problems of graduate students. In the field of educational ecology, it is necessary to combine the two parallel forces of graduate student tutor and counsellor, to give consideration to each other in setting up the organization, to integrate the team construction, to communicate with each other in daily work, and to construct the whole mutual existence. The mechanism of dynamic balance and harmonious symbiosis can guide and cultivate graduate students' ideological development and scientific research accomplishment in many aspects.
