论我国高等学校的跨学科研究生教育

【摘要】：学位与研究生教育作为教育的最高层次，其地位随着政治、经济的发展而显得越来越重要，对其进行专门的研究也尤显必要。在现代学科既高度分化又高度综合，且以高度综合为主的背景下，客观上要求对作为高层次人才的研究生实施跨学科教育；另一方面，实施跨学科研究生教育对于适应我国高等学校的改革和发展、加强我国高等学校的学科建设和师资队伍建设、培养研究生的创新意识和创新能力等都具有十分重要的意义。本研究主要从以下五个方面对我国高等学校的跨学科研究生教育进行了试探性的研究：第一部分，引言该部分主要说明笔者的选题依据、本研究的意义以及目前国内外在本领域的研究现状。第二部分，跨学科研究与跨学科研究生教育该部分对跨学科及其相关概念进行界定和说明，阐释跨学科研究的基本形成模式和主要特点，进一步说明对研究生进行跨学科教育的重要性和必要性。第三部分，，实施跨学科研究生的有利和不利因素分析该部分对目前我国高等学校实施跨学科研究生教育的有利因素和不利因素进行客观的分析、研究，以便充分发挥有利因素的积极作用，尽量避免和抑制不利因素的消极作用，化“不利”为“有利”。第四部分，对实施跨学科研究生教育的思考和建议该部分针对目前我国高等学校在实施跨学科研究生教育过程中的有利因素和不利因素，就目前我国高等学校如何实施跨学科研究生教育提出自己的建议，主要涉及三个方面的内容：科研环境和管理体制、培养方案和课程设置、导师评聘和培养方式。第五部分，结束语

The third part, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the interdisciplinary graduate students This part carries on the objective analysis and the research to the advantageous factor and the disadvantageous factor of carrying out the interdisciplinary graduate education in our country's colleges and universities at present, in order to give full play to the positive function of the favorable factor, and try to avoid and restrain the negative effect of the disadvantageous factor as far as possible.
