构建研究生创新团队之探讨

【摘要】：研究生创新团队是实施教育部研究生教育创新计划的新尝试,是对研究生教育创新计划现有项目类型的创新,也是强化研究生创新能力培养的重要途径。研究生创新团队的发展需要充足的内部动力、必要的外部条件、科学合理的支持服务和激励引导机制,通过对现有研究生创新团队效率、投入、持续性等方面的研究,逐步形成以"整合构建、支持服务、考核评估、激励引导"为原则的研究生创新团队培育体系。
[Abstract]:The postgraduate innovation team is a new attempt to carry out the graduate education innovation plan of the Ministry of Education, is the innovation to the existing project type of the graduate education innovation plan, and is also the important way to strengthen the graduate student innovation ability cultivation. The development of graduate innovation team needs sufficient internal power, necessary external conditions, scientific and reasonable support, service, incentive and guidance mechanism, through the existing graduate innovation team efficiency, investment, sustainability and other aspects of research, The cultivation system of postgraduate innovation team is gradually formed based on the principle of "integration, supporting service, assessment, encouragement and guidance".
