新时期医学研究生与导师科研关系的建立

【摘要】：大多数医学研究生都选择在掌握临床应用技能基础上,培养科研思路和实验技能,使自己成为具有一定潜力和创新意识的医学生。按照医学研究生的需求和教育背景、教育经历及不同的个人能力将其分为科研型、一般型和临床型;按照医学导师自身科研力和对研究生的要求将其分为高期许型、中期许型和低期许型。分析两者间交叉配对的情况,发现当医学研究生和导师类型相匹配时会产生高水平合作,否则会产生低水平合作,因此需要优化导师与研究生间的双选制度;树立导师行为道德准则,端正研究生学术规范;加强导师与研究生学术及生活方面的互动。新时期导师与研究生之间的关系应转变成以学生需求为中心,强调师生之间的对话与商议,以相互尊重、信任和平等为基础,才能共同促进科研活动的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Most medical graduate students choose to cultivate scientific research ideas and experimental skills on the basis of mastering clinical application skills so that they can become medical students with certain potential and innovative consciousness. According to the needs and educational background of medical graduate students, they are divided into scientific research type, general type and clinical type according to their educational experience and different personal abilities, and they are classified into high expectation type according to their own scientific research ability and the requirements of graduate students. Medium and low expectations. By analyzing the situation of cross-matching between the two, it is found that high level cooperation will occur when the medical graduate student and the tutor type match, otherwise, there will be low level cooperation, so it is necessary to optimize the double selection system between the tutor and the graduate student. Set up the moral code of tutor's conduct, correct the academic standard of graduate student, and strengthen the interaction between tutor and graduate student's academic and life. In the new era, the relationship between tutors and postgraduates should be centered on the needs of students, emphasizing the dialogue and consultation between teachers and students, and based on mutual respect, trust and equality, so as to jointly promote the harmonious development of scientific research activities.
