地方高校硕士生课程质量保障体系建构研究

【摘要】: 二十一世纪,是一个重视质量的时代。随着科技的发展、社会的进步,社会对高层次人才的需求更加迫切,我国也在世纪之交大力发展高等教育。近几年,我国研究生教育得到了较快发展,然而在大规模的扩招之后,研究生教育质量却出现下滑趋势。如何提高研究生教育质量,成为社会各界关注的热点问题,也是教育界亟待解决的重大课题之一。课程在整个教育体系处于中心地位,是教育目标的基本实现途径,是制约研究生教育质量的一个重要的因素。作为研究生教育领域的研究难点之一,研究生课程质量保障体系建构的研究是一项既有实践意义又富有挑战性的课题。 本论文就是在回应上述问题的基础上,选取了目前存在较多困惑与问题的地方院校作为切入点,展开了大量充分的调研。并在此基础上,作者了解地方院校研究生课程质量及其保障体系的现状,并力图建构一个相对全面、科学、多元的研究生课程质量保障体系,以便为地方高校研究生课程建设提供科学合理的思路与对策,促进高校自身对本校研究生课程质量进行有效的引导、监控、评价,为高校研究生教育质量提高提供科学、有力的课程保障体系。 教育发展规律和社会发展的宏观背景,作为论文研究的逻辑依据,得出了建构地方高校硕士研究生的课程质量保障体系的五个重要的基本取向。在理论依据方面,课程编制理论、质量管理理论以及当代世界终身教育、可持续发展教育、教育个性化的思潮都给作者提供了思考和借鉴的理论依据。在实践依据方面,知识经济的时代特征、高等教育大众化、研究生扩招、就业市场结构性供需矛盾是高校外部的实践依据;学科和硕士生两个方面是高校内部的实践因素。根据这些逻辑依据,推出了地方高校硕士生课程质量保障体系的五个基本取向,即专业性和通识性统一、理论性和应用性兼顾、统一性与个适性协调、过程性与终结性结合、创新型与可持续性双赢。 本论文的撰写建立在实证研究的基础上。作者以广西九所地方院校为调研对象,在大量的问卷调查和深入的访谈的基础上,对得到的相关资料进行了整理、分析和总结,归纳出了当前地方院校硕士生课程质量的现存五大问题。即研究生课程目标过于统一化,缺乏个适性;课程内容陈旧,学科前沿内容偏少,联系实际不紧密;课程结构总体不够科学,存在较大缺失;课程教学形式以讲授为主,不利于学术探究能力的培养;课程管理的制度不够科学和规范,良性机制尚未建立。 在明确了硕士生课程质量保障体系的基本取向和了解现实情况的基础上,本论文重点探讨了重点建构地方高校研究生课程质量保障体系。按课程体系进程的不同阶段,论文从研究生课程质量输入保障、过程保障和输出保障三个阶段来建构。在课程体系的输入阶段,主要是为了搭建课程质量内部体系良好的开发平台,具体可以通过确立多元化课程目标、优化课程设置的结构、建立健全课程开发体制来实现。在课程体系的实施阶段,主要是为了实现课程实施的良好运作与有效控制,可以通过有效利用课程教学资源、进行个性化的课程选择引导、关注教学内容的前沿性与实践性、采用多样化的教学形式、加强课程实施阶段制度建设来实现。在课程体系的输出阶段,地方高校要坚持评价内容的全面性、评价时间的全程性、评价方式的多样性、评价功能的发展性、评价机制的激励性,更加完整、真实、积极地评价课程体系,建立良性发展的课程评价机制,来促进课程质量的提高。总之,通过在课程输入、实施、输出三个阶段的全程课程保障,来构建地方院校硕士生课程质量的保障体系,从而实现课程体系的良性运转和质量提高,促进研究生培养质量的进一步提高。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, it is a time to attach importance to quality. With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the demand for high-level talents is more urgent. China has also developed higher education at the turn of the century. In recent years, the graduate education in China has developed rapidly. However, after the large-scale expansion of enrollment, the quality of graduate education has appeared. The trend of decline. How to improve the quality of postgraduate education has become one of the most important issues in the community. It is one of the major issues to be solved in the educational circles. The curriculum is in the central position of the whole educational system, is the basic way to realize the educational goal, and is an important factor restricting the quality of graduate education. One of the research difficulties in the field is the study of the construction of the quality assurance system for postgraduate courses, which is both a practical and challenging subject.
On the basis of responding to the above questions, this paper has selected the local colleges and universities which have many puzzles and problems as a breakthrough point and carried out a lot of full research. On the basis of this, the author understands the present situation of the quality of the graduate students' curriculum and its guarantee system in local colleges and universities, and tries to construct a relatively comprehensive, scientific and pluralistic research. In order to provide scientific and rational ideas and Countermeasures for the construction of postgraduate courses in local colleges and universities, the quality guarantee system of the graduate courses will provide a scientific and effective course guarantee system for the improvement of the quality of the graduate students' Education in Colleges and universities.
The law of educational development and the macro background of social development, as the logical basis for the study of the paper, has drawn five important basic orientations for the construction of the quality assurance system for the graduate students of local colleges and universities. In the practice basis, the characteristics of the knowledge economy, the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy, the popularization of the higher education, the enrollment expansion of the graduate students, the contradiction of the structural supply and demand of the employment market are the practical basis for the external practice of the University, and the two aspects of the discipline and the master's students are the practical factors within the University. On the basis of logical basis, five basic orientations of the quality assurance system of local university graduate students are introduced, namely, the unity of professionalism and general knowledge, both the theory and the application, the harmony of unity and suitability, the combination of process and terminative, and the win-win of innovation and sustainability.
On the basis of empirical research, the author takes nine local colleges and universities in Guangxi as the research object. On the basis of a large number of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the author collated, analyzed and summarized the related data, and summed up the five existing problems of the quality of the students' Curriculum in the current local colleges and universities. The curriculum objectives are too unified and lack of suitability; the course content is obsolete, the subject frontiers are few and the practice is not close; the overall course structure is not scientific and there is a great lack; the teaching form is mainly taught in teaching form, which is not conducive to the cultivation of academic inquiry ability; the system of curriculum management is not scientific and standard, and the benign mechanism has not been established yet.
On the basis of defining the basic orientation and understanding of the reality of the quality assurance system of the master's course, this paper focuses on the emphasis on the construction of the quality assurance system for the graduate students in local colleges and universities. According to the different stages of the course system process, the paper has three stages: the guarantee of the quality of the graduate courses, the guarantee of the process and the guarantee of the output. Construction. In the input stage of the curriculum system, it is mainly to build a good development platform for the internal system of the course quality. It can be realized by establishing the diversified curriculum objectives, optimizing the structure of the curriculum and establishing a sound curriculum development system. The implementation stage of the curriculum system is mainly to realize the good operation of the curriculum implementation. And effective control, through the effective use of curriculum teaching resources, personalized curriculum selection guidance, attention to the frontier and practicality of teaching content, the use of diversified teaching forms, and strengthen the implementation of the curriculum system construction. In the output stage of the curriculum system, local universities should adhere to the comprehensive evaluation content, evaluation The whole course of time, the variety of the evaluation method, the development of the evaluation function, the incentive of the evaluation mechanism, the more complete, the true, the positive evaluation of the curriculum system and the establishment of a benign development course evaluation mechanism to promote the improvement of the course quality. In a word, the whole course guarantee is constructed through the input, implementation and output of the three stages in the course. In order to improve the quality of the curriculum system and improve the quality of postgraduate training, the guarantee system for the quality of postgraduate courses in local colleges and universities can be achieved.
