建构中职教师硕士研究生培养模式的研究

【摘要】： 学术型研究生培养模式与应用型研究生培养模式并存是国外研究生培养模式发展的共同趋势，也是目前我国研究生培养模式改革的主要方向。本文以研究生培养模式研究为切入点，核心问题是对两种研究生培养模式进行本质区分，目的在于建构我国高校两种各具特色的研究生培养模式。本文首先从总体上阐述论文选题的缘由与选题意义、研究现状及相关述评、研究方法和基本原则以及基本思路与研究内容。其次，对研究生培养模式的相关概念、基本要素以及要素的内外关系等进行纯理论研究，这部分研究构成论文研究的“基本理论”，为全文研究提供一个“分析框架”。然后对我国中职教师硕士研究生培养模式的现状和问题的分析。揭示我国高校研究生培养模式已开始逐步从单一走向双元模式。同时，通过我国高校两种研究生培养模式的现状调查，探寻高校两种研究生培养模式存在的主要问题及其根本原因，为以下的研究提供现实依据。通过对美国、英国两国中职教师硕士研究生培养模式进行总结，简要分析两国研究生培养模式的现实状况，并总结发达国家研究生培养模式发展的基本规律与共同特征，为我国高校研究生培养模式的理论分析和模式建构提供借鉴。为解决目前我国中职教师硕士研究生培养模式存在的主要问题，通过探源影响我国高校研究生培养模式变革的理论与现实因素；在此基拙上，对两种研究生培养模式的价值取向、性质特征、培养对象、层次结构等方面进行重新定位与区分，为建构我国高校两种研究生培养模式提供理论依据。建构适合我国国情的、各具特色的两种研究生培养模式，针对我国现行中职教师硕士研究生培养模式的弊端、参照国外研究生培养模式的共性、以及研究生培养模式变革的基本理论等为立论依据，对我国高校两种研究生培养模式进行重新建构。
[Abstract]:The coexistence of academic graduate training mode and applied graduate training mode is the common trend of the development of graduate training mode in foreign countries, and is also the main direction of the reform of graduate student training mode in our country at present. This paper focuses on the research of graduate training mode. The core problem is to distinguish the two kinds of graduate training modes in order to construct two kinds of graduate training models with their own characteristics in colleges and universities in our country. In this paper, the reason and significance of the topic selection, the research status quo and related reviews, the research methods and basic principles, the basic ideas and research contents are described in this paper. Secondly, this paper makes a pure theoretical study on the related concepts, basic elements and the internal and external relations of the graduate training model, which constitutes the "basic theory" of the thesis and provides a "analytical framework" for the full-text research. Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of the training mode of secondary vocational teachers and master students in our country. It is revealed that the cultivation mode of graduate students in colleges and universities in our country has gradually moved from a single to a dual model. At the same time, through the investigation of the current situation of the two kinds of postgraduate training modes in our country, the main problems and their root causes of the two kinds of postgraduate training modes in universities and colleges are explored, which provide the realistic basis for the following research. In this paper, the author summarizes the mode of postgraduate training for secondary vocational teachers in the United States and the United Kingdom, analyzes the actual situation of the two countries, and summarizes the basic rules and common characteristics of the development of graduate training mode in developed countries. To provide reference for theoretical analysis and model construction of postgraduate training model in colleges and universities in China. In order to solve the main problems existing in the training mode of postgraduates of secondary vocational school teachers in China, the theoretical and practical factors that affect the reform of postgraduate training mode in colleges and universities in China are explored. This paper reorientates and distinguishes the value orientation, the nature characteristic, the cultivation object, the hierarchical structure of the two kinds of graduate student training mode, and provides the theoretical basis for constructing the two kinds of graduate student training mode in our country's colleges and universities. In view of the malpractice of the current mode of postgraduate training for secondary vocational school teachers in China, this paper makes reference to the commonness of the overseas graduate training modes, which are suitable for the national conditions of our country and have their own characteristics. On the basis of the basic theory of the transformation of postgraduate training mode, this paper reconstructs two kinds of postgraduate training models in colleges and universities of our country.
