【摘要】：王承绪先生培养功底扎实的专业人才、视野开阔的国际人才、学以致用的经世之才、勇于超越的创新人才的研究生理念来源于自身研究生求学经历、现代研究生教育思想及中国研究生教育实践。在浙江大学担任研究生导师期间,他将上述培养理念付诸实践,成为优秀研究生导师的模范。他的研究生人才培养理念及实践对当今研究生培养模式改革、研究生培养质量提升具有重要参考意义。
[Abstract]:Mr. Wang Chengxu has developed solid professional talents, international talents with broad horizons, practical and practical talents, and innovative talents who have the courage to transcend the concept of graduate students from their own graduate school experience. Modern Postgraduate Education thought and Chinese Postgraduate Education practice. As a graduate tutor in Zhejiang University, he put the above ideas into practice and became the model of excellent graduate tutor. His concept and practice of postgraduate training are of great significance to the reform of postgraduate training mode and the improvement of postgraduate training quality.
