改革环境下我国学位授权审核的不适应性分析及几点思考

【摘要】：将我国学位授权审核作为研究对象,分析了原有学位授权审核在国家宏观调控、功能定位、评审标准、单位规划建设等方面的不适应性,结合目前学位授权审核改革的新环境和面临的新挑战,就授权的宏观调控,授权审核的运行机制,以及授予单位自我控制等方面提出了一些思考和建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the degree authorization audit of our country as the research object, this paper analyzes the inadaptability of the original degree authorization audit in the aspects of national macro-control, function orientation, evaluation standard, unit planning and construction, etc. Combined with the new environment and new challenge of the reform of degree authorization audit at present, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the macro-control of authorization, the operating mechanism of authorization audit, and the self-control of the granting unit.
