创建拔尖创新人才培养特区的探索与实践——以轨道交通行业为例

【摘要】：对轨道交通行业拔尖创新人才的培养目标进行了定位,进而介绍了搭建拔尖人才培养特区的实践,如,制订个性化培养方案,在科研实战中培养拔尖人才,以实质合作提升教育国际化水平等,说明了拔尖人才的培养效果并指出了存在的问题与改进方向。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the training target of the top creative talents in the rail transit industry is positioned, and the practice of building the special zone for training the top talents is introduced. For example, the individualized training plan is drawn up, and the top talents are trained in the scientific research practice. This paper expounds the training effect of the top talents and points out the existing problems and the direction of improvement.
