重庆地区高校研究生创造性动机及其特征的初步研究

【摘要】:创造性动机是指促使个体的创造能力从潜在状态转化为现实状态的动力,包括认知和情感成分。从20世纪50年代至今,国内外对创造性动机的研究日趋深入,提出了各种理论模型,但专门测量创造性动机的工具却非常少。国内尚未见到专门针对中国中高级知识分子群体的创造性动机问卷。本研究旨在修订《工作倾向问卷》,发展出一份适合中国中高级知识分子群体的创造性动机问卷,并以此为工具,,探讨该群体创造性动机的特点。 本研究在开放式问卷和个别访谈的基础上分析了研究生创造性动机的特点,结合国内外已有研究成果和专家意见,初步考察了《工作倾向问卷》的内容与中国被试人群的符合程度,在此基础上形成初测问卷。经过统计分析,得到正式问卷,施测于239名(有效问卷)重庆地区高校硕士研究生。研究结果如下: 1.修订的《工作倾向问卷》具有较好的信度和效度。本研究采用内部一致性系数(Cronbach α系数)、分半信度和重测信度检验问卷的信度。采用验证性因素分析考察了问卷的结构效度。对原问卷的结构进行了修订,确定创造性动机的四维度结构模型,即愉悦动机、挑战动机、关系动机、报酬动机。对问卷内容效度的分析表明,问卷基本符合重庆地区高校研究生的实际情况,与国内的有关研究成果也比较一致,可以认为该问卷具有较好的内容效度。 2.总体上看,性别对创造性动机总分的主效应不显著,专业、年龄、工龄、年级对创造性动机总分的主效应均显著;专业和年龄、专业和工龄、年龄和工龄对创造性动机总分的二阶交互作用不显著,专业和性别对创造性动机总分的二阶 硕士学位论文一专业:发展与教育心理学一方向:学习与创造 交互作用显著。 3.创造性动机总分随年级升高呈现下降趋势。教育专业男性研究生和女性 研究生创造性动机总分的差异显著。音体美、理学、工学专业研究生和经济管理、 农学、文史、教育、法哲专业研究生在创造性动机总分上的差异显著。31一35岁 年龄段的研究生创造性动机最强。有4一6年工作经验的研究生创造性动机最强。 4.具体在四个分问卷上,单因索力差分析的结果表明:专业对愉悦动机、 挑战动机和关系动机的主效应显著;年龄对关系动机的主效应显著;工龄对愉悦 动机和挑战动机的主效应显著;年级对愉悦动机和挑战动机的主效应显著。
[Abstract]:Creative motivation refers to the motive force, including cognitive and affective elements, to change the creative ability of individual from latent state to realistic state. Since the 1950s, the research on creative motivation has been getting deeper and deeper at home and abroad, and various theoretical models have been put forward, but there are very few tools for measuring creative motivation. There is no creative motivation questionnaire for middle-and high-level intellectuals in China. The purpose of this study is to revise the work aptitude questionnaire to develop a creative motivation questionnaire suitable for the middle and senior intellectuals in China, and to use it as a tool to explore the characteristics of the creative motivation of this group. On the basis of open questionnaire and individual interviews, this study analyzed the characteristics of graduate students' creative motivation, combined with the existing research results and expert opinions at home and abroad. The correspondence between the contents of the work disposition questionnaire and the Chinese subjects was preliminarily investigated, and the preliminary questionnaire was formed on the basis of this. Through statistical analysis, a formal questionnaire was obtained and applied to 239 (valid) postgraduates of colleges and universities in Chongqing. The results are as follows: 1. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity. In this study, the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach 伪 coefficient), split-half reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. The structural validity of the questionnaire was investigated by confirmatory factor analysis. The structure of the original questionnaire is revised to determine the four-dimensional structural model of creative motivation, that is, pleasure motivation, challenge motivation, relationship motivation and reward motivation. The analysis of the validity of the questionnaire shows that the questionnaire basically accords with the actual situation of university graduate students in Chongqing area, and is consistent with the domestic research results. 2. On the whole, the main effect of gender on total score of creative motivation is not significant, major, age, length of service, The main effect of grade on total score of creative motivation was significant, but the second order interaction between major and age, major and length of service, age and length of service on total score of creative motivation was not significant. In the four questionnaires, the results of the analysis of cable force difference show that the major effects of specialty on pleasure motivation, challenge motivation and relationship motivation are significant; Age has significant main effects on relationship motivation, working age on pleasure motivation and challenge motivation, and grade on pleasure motivation and challenge motivation.
