导师在研究生思想政治教育中的作用与发挥

【摘要】：针对导师在研究生思想政治教育中存在的问题,分析其原因在于师生比例不合理、部分导师存在自身素质问题、对导师的作用认识存在误区等方面。以此,进一步提出需要充分认识导师的作用、提高师德建设、改善师生关系、设置助理导师制等来发挥导师在研究生思想政治教育中的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of postgraduates, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, such as the unreasonable ratio between teachers and students, the existence of some teachers' own quality problems, and the misunderstanding of the role of tutors. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the role of tutors, improve the construction of teachers' ethics, improve the relationship between teachers and students, and set up the assistant tutor system to give play to the role of mentors in the ideological and political education of postgraduates.
