服务学习在临床医学专业学位研究生人文素质教育中的应用研究

【摘要】：服务学习作为一种公民教育模式兴起于20世纪60年代的美国,它通过精心设计包含了教学内容的服务项目,指导学生有组织地参与并引导学生进行结构化反思,以满足服务对象的需求,同时促进学生的课业学习与公民素质的发展,得到了世界各国的大力推崇。近年来,服务学习从美国推广到了加拿大、日本、新加坡以及我国香港、台湾等地区,从单纯的鼓励学生参与社区服务发展到与学生实习、专业学科紧密结合,不断在当今教育体制中显现魅力与光辉。当前,我国正探索实施的临床医学人才培养改革工作将临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训紧密衔接,并在人才选拔、授位考核方面增设了职业责任意识、医患沟通能力、医学伦理、法律法规等内容,突出强调了人文素质教育的重要性。在临床医学专业学位研究生教学改革素质化发展的浪潮下,本文尝试引入服务学习教育理念,并从理论和实证两个方面探讨其与临床医学专业学位研究生人文素质教育结合的可能性和潜力,希望为临床研究生教育教学改革提供新的视角。全文分为四个部分,第一部分通过分析服务学习的内涵特征及人文素质的养成规律,探究了人文素质教育中服务学习的真谛;第二部分从临床医学专业学位研究生人文素质教育现状有失偏颇及临床医学人才培养改革需要两个层面探讨了临床医学专业学位研究生人文素质教育引入服务学习的现实需求,同时就人文素质教育服务学习模式的构建提出了具体实施方案;第三部分将服务学习运用于重庆医科大学临床医学专业学位研究生的临床轮转,进行了服务学习人文素质教育实证研究,并探索了教育实践效果;第四部份在对全文进行总结的基础上,讨论了研究现存的局限性,并对下一步研究工作作出了展望。
[Abstract]:As a kind of civic education model, service learning emerged in the United States in the 1960s. It instructs students to participate in and conduct structured reflection by carefully designing service items that contain teaching contents. In order to meet the needs of the clients and promote the students' study and the development of citizens' quality, it has been greatly respected by the countries all over the world. In recent years, service learning has been extended from the United States to Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. From simply encouraging students to participate in community service, it has developed into a close combination of professional disciplines and student internships. In today's educational system, the charm and brilliance continue to appear. At present, the reform of clinical medical talents training is being carried out in our country. The postgraduate education of clinical medicine majors is closely linked with the standardized training of resident doctors, and a sense of professional responsibility is added to the selection and assessment of talents. Doctor-patient communication ability, medical ethics, laws and regulations highlight the importance of humanistic quality education. Under the tide of teaching reform and diathesis development of clinical medical degree graduate students, this paper tries to introduce the concept of service learning education. This paper also discusses the possibility and potential of combining it with the humanistic quality education of clinical medical graduate students from both theoretical and empirical aspects, hoping to provide a new perspective for the teaching reform of clinical graduate education. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part explores the true meaning of service learning in humanistic quality education by analyzing the connotation characteristics of service learning and the rules of cultivation of humanistic quality. In the second part, the author discusses the practical demand of introducing humanistic quality education into service learning from two aspects: the current situation of humanistic quality education for clinical medical graduates and the need for the reform of clinical medical talents training. At the same time, the author puts forward the concrete implementation plan for the construction of the service learning model of humanistic quality education. The third part applies the service learning to the clinical rotation of the graduate students majoring in clinical medicine of Chongqing Medical University. This paper makes an empirical study on the humanistic quality education of service learning and explores the effect of educational practice. The fourth part discusses the limitations of the research on the basis of summarizing the full text and makes a prospect for the next research work.
