研究生教育学学科建设:背景、意义与行动

【摘要】：阐述了研究生教育学的学科建设背景,认为学科建设是研究生教育改革中的当务之急。同时提出了研究生教育学学科建设应遵循的原则,如需要与引导相结合、借鉴与创新相结合、经验总结与理论思辨相结合。指出了开展研究生教育学学科建设的基本条件,即注重培育高水平的学科团队和学科带头人,构建稳定的前沿研究平台,提供丰富的经费与有效的资源。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the background of the discipline construction of postgraduate pedagogy,and holds that the discipline construction is an urgent task in the reform of postgraduate education.At the same time,it puts forward the principles that should be followed in the discipline construction of postgraduate pedagogy,such as the combination of needs and guidance,reference and innovation,experience summary and theoretical speculation. The basic conditions of discipline construction are to cultivate high-level discipline teams and discipline leaders, to build a stable research platform, and to provide abundant funds and effective resources.
