全日制专业学位研究生指导教师队伍建设的探讨——以教育硕士为例

【摘要】：近两年"全日制专业学位研究生"从一个新生事物迅速成为研究生教育的一个热门话题,并在规模上有了迅速扩张,这一形势必然需求一支有规模、素质高、业务精的专业学位研究生导师队伍来与其相适应。然而,短期内遴选大批新人进行补充并不现实。因此既要利用好校内现有学术学位硕士生导师队伍,应对短期的"过渡性";又要充分挖掘社会资源,积极遴选校外合作导师,以体现专业学位的"实践"和"应用性"。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, "full-time professional degree graduate students" has rapidly become a hot topic in graduate education from a new thing, and has expanded rapidly in scale. The professional graduate tutor team comes in line with it. However, it is not realistic to select a large number of new recruits for supplementation in the short term. Therefore, it is necessary not only to make good use of the existing tutors of academic degree students in the school to cope with the short-term "transitional", but also to fully tap the social resources and actively select teachers of cooperation outside the school, so as to reflect the "practice" and "application" of the professional degree.
