研究生创新能力实现途径研究

【摘要】：研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心内容。以北京信息科技大学研究生创新能力的培养为案例,提出研究生创新能力培养的主要途径有:构建合理的研究生培养体系;加强创新基地建设,积极组建研究生队伍参加科技竞赛,实施研究生教育创新计划;积极开展研究生科技讲座、培训及交流,营造创新氛围和环境;严把学位论文关,发挥导师和科研团队的引导示范作用。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of postgraduate innovation ability is the core content of graduate education. Taking the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability of Beijing University of Information Science and Technology as an example, the paper puts forward the main ways of cultivating graduate students' innovation ability: constructing a reasonable graduate training system, strengthening the construction of innovation base, To actively set up a team of graduate students to participate in science and technology competitions and to implement innovative plans for graduate education; to actively carry out postgraduate science and technology lectures, training and exchanges, and to create an innovative atmosphere and environment; Give full play to the role of mentors and research teams in guiding and demonstrating.
