广东省全日制体育硕士研究生就业现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】：我国在2000年以前紧缺高层次人才，国家重视硕士研究生的培养，研究生就业比较容易。然而,随着社会的发展,国家对研究生层次人才需求趋于平衡。我国进入21世纪以来，我国经济持续快速发展，社会发展进入新阶段。在这种情况下，我国更需要高层次应用型人才服务于国家经济建设和社会发展。于是，我国教育部于2009年3月19日颁布了《教育部关于做好全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养工作的若干意见》(教研[2009]1号)，其中表述：“为了更好地适应国家经济建设和社会发展对高层次应用型人才的迫切需要，积极发展具有中国特色的教育，我部决定自2009年起，扩大招收以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制硕士专业学位范围[1]。” 在这种“科教兴国”影响下,我国各大高校都在大规模的扩招研究生，随着扩招的继续,研究生的人数不断增加,毕业生人数也大幅增加,创历史新高,由于研究生的数量每年增加,就业形势不容乐观。而全日制硕士专业研究生就业情况怎么样，直接影响到该学位的发展、国家社会经济的发展。所以,该学位毕业生的就业问题成为社会关注的焦点。而全日制体育硕士专业是全日制专业学位当中的一个专业，所以，全日制体育硕士研究生必然也引起高校和社会的高度关注。本文以广东省全日制体育硕士研究生（广州大学、华南师范大学、广州体育学院）为研究对象，采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对广东省全日制体育硕士研究生前两届的就业现状和应届毕业生的就业观进行了深入的调查研究和分析，调查结果表明，目前广东省全日制体育硕士研究生的就业基本现状是：一，广东省全日制体育硕士研究生的就业形势不容乐观，总体就业率不高，就业率只有83%。二，广东省全日制体育硕士研究生的择业观不尽合理。三，，广东省全日制体育硕士研究生教育体系有待调整、就业指导工作不健全。四，影响广东省全日制体育硕士研究生就业的因素为社会因素、学校因素、自身因素、家庭因素。针对广东省全日制体育硕士研究生的就业现状及存在的主要问题，本研究提出几条相应的发展对策：一、适度控制研究生的招生规模同时增加就业岗位。二、高校应加强研究生就业指导，研究生改变就业观念。三、完善研究生专业课程体系。四、高校加强对研究生的管理。五，研究生要加强自身综合能力。
[Abstract]:Our country is short of high-level talents before 2000, the country pays attention to the cultivation of graduate students, graduate employment is easy. However, with the development of society, the demand for postgraduates tends to balance. Since China entered the 21 st century, the economy of our country has been developing rapidly, and the social development has entered a new stage. In this case, our country needs high-level applied talents to serve the national economic construction and social development. So, On March 19, 2009, the Ministry of Education promulgated the opinions of the Ministry of Education on how to do a good job in cultivating full-time graduate students with master's degrees (teaching and research [2009] 1), which states: "in order to better adapt to the national economic construction and The urgent need for high-level applied talents in social development, To actively develop education with Chinese characteristics, our Ministry has decided to expand the scope of full-time master's degrees with new undergraduate graduates as of 2009. " Under the influence of this "revitalizing the country through science and education", all major universities in China are expanding their enrollment of graduate students on a large scale. With the continuing expansion of enrollment, the number of graduate students continues to increase, and the number of graduates also increases substantially, reaching a new high in history. As the number of graduate students increases every year, the employment situation is not optimistic. The employment situation of full-time graduate students has a direct impact on the development of the degree and the social and economic development of the country. Therefore, the employment of the graduates of the degree has become the focus of social concern. The full-time physical education master degree is a major in the full-time professional degree, so the full-time sports master graduate must also cause the high attention of the university and the society. In this paper, the author takes the full-time graduate students of physical education in Guangdong Province (Guangzhou University, South China normal University, Guangzhou Institute of physical Education) as the research object, adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, etc. This paper investigates and analyzes the present employment situation of full-time physical education graduate students in Guangdong Province in the first two years and the employment outlook of recent graduates by mathematical statistics. The results of the investigation show that, At present, the employment situation of full-time physical education graduate students in Guangdong Province is as follows: first, the employment situation of full-time sports master graduate students in Guangdong Province is not optimistic, the overall employment rate is not high, the employment rate is only 833. Second, the Guangdong Province full-time sports master's employment view is unreasonable. Third, Guangdong Province full-time physical education graduate education system to be adjusted, employment guidance work is not perfect. Fourth, the factors influencing the employment of full-time sports graduate students in Guangdong Province are social factors, school factors, self factors and family factors. In view of the present employment situation and the main problems of full-time physical education graduate students in Guangdong Province, this study puts forward several corresponding development countermeasures: first, to control the enrollment scale of graduate students and to increase the employment posts at the same time. Second, colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance of graduate students and change their concept of employment. Third, improve the postgraduate professional curriculum system. Fourth, colleges and universities to strengthen the management of graduate students. Fifth, graduate students should strengthen their comprehensive ability.
