江西省住院医师规培生申请在职研究生需求现状的调查与分析

【摘要】：为了解住院医师在规范化培训期间申请在职研究生学位的需求现状,健全和完善住院医师规范化培训制度,文章结合当前国家对医疗改革的政策,通过制定相关调查问卷,对参加规范化培训的住院医师申请在职研究生教育的需求现状进行了调查分析,发现住院医师对规范化培训期间申请在职研究生学位的培养模式认同度比较高,并就调查结果分析了住院医师规范化培训与在职研究生教育对接培养模式的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the demand of resident doctors to apply for in-service graduate degree during the standardized training period, and to perfect and perfect the standardized training system for resident doctors, this paper, in combination with the current national policy on medical reform, made a questionnaire. Based on the investigation and analysis of the demand of resident doctors to apply for in-service graduate education, it is found that residents have a high degree of recognition of the training mode of applying for in-service graduate degree during the standardized training. On the basis of the investigation results, the feasibility of the docking training model of resident physician standardized training and on-the-job graduate education was analyzed.
