新时期研究生德育的途径及方法研究
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of economic globalization and information networking, it is an important work content to construct a new way and method of moral education for postgraduates. This paper tries to innovate the ways and methods of moral education of postgraduates through literature and investigation. There are many ways of moral education for postgraduates. One is to innovate the content of moral education for graduate students, and to optimize the classroom education, which is based on the moral education of postgraduates, so as to realize the optimization and innovation of the moral education courses for postgraduates; the other is to improve the degree of attention paid to social practice in all aspects. To diversify the ways and contents of social practice activities, to do a good job in the construction of graduate students' social practice base, to realize the optimization and innovation of postgraduates' extracurricular social practice; third, to eliminate the misunderstandings in the construction of postgraduates' moral education counselors, Improve the quality of moral education counselors in an all-round way, realize the construction and optimization of the contingent of postgraduates' moral education counselors; fourth, perfect the management system of the work of teaching and educating people for graduate teachers, and adopt the "three-tier management system" in moral education for postgraduates. The fifth is to strengthen the construction of graduate students' organizations, to promote the moral education of graduate students by the construction of party groups, and to give full play to the moral education functions of graduate students' party groups. Sixth, to establish a sense of network position. Set up the campus graduate ideological education website, build a high quality network moral education team, actively expand the network moral education space. At the same time, it is necessary to construct a new method of moral education for graduate students under the new situation, including the practical teaching method in the moral education classroom teaching, the recessive education method influenced by the environment, the education method inspired by the educators, the moral education permeating method in the practice activity and so on. Moral evaluation is also an important part of school moral education and must follow certain principles.
