硕士研究生导师期望值研究——基于法学类硕士研究生对导师期望的调查分析

【摘要】：问卷调查表明,法学类硕士研究生希望导师学术成就高、为人态度和蔼可亲、能定期与自己面对面交流、辅之以电话和电子邮件指导学习。学生希望不仅能跟随导师学到专业知识和科研方法,而且还能学会为人之道。此外,学生希望导师能在自己就业或遇到困难时帮助自己。因此,研究生导师要精进学问,涵养性格,加强对学生的指导,注重言传身教,积极帮助学生就业等。
[Abstract]:The questionnaire shows that the law graduate students hope that their academic achievement is high, their attitude is amiable, they can communicate face to face with themselves regularly, supplemented by telephone and e-mail to guide their study. Students hope not only to follow their mentors to learn professional knowledge and scientific research methods, but also to learn how to be human. In addition, students want mentors to help themselves in the event of employment or difficulties. Therefore, graduate mentors should improve knowledge, cultivate character, strengthen guidance to students, pay attention to preaching, actively help students to obtain employment, and so on.
