我国台湾地区研究生奖助金体制的历史、特征及启示

【摘要】：介绍了我国台湾地区研究生奖助体制的历史沿革,特别是研究生教育全面收费后研究生奖助体制的变化。从三个层面对我国台湾地区研究生奖助体制的特征进行分析,在借鉴我国台湾地区相关经验的基础上,对我国大陆地区研究生教育全面收费背景下的研究生奖助体系进行反思,提出相关的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the historical evolution of the system of postgraduate awards and assistance in Taiwan, especially the changes of the system of postgraduate awards and assistance after the total charge for postgraduate education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the graduate student award system in Taiwan from three aspects, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant experience of Taiwan region in China, rethinks the graduate student award system under the background of comprehensive charge for postgraduate education in the mainland of China. Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
