博士后平台人才培养效果影响因素实证分析——以福建省博士后科研流动站为例

【摘要】：本文以福建省博士后科研流动站为对象,利用其普查数据,应用Tobit回归模型对影响这一平台的人才培养效果的因素进行实证分析。研究表明,院士导师人数、设备配套投入、是否频繁国际交流等因素对博士后平台人才培养效果有很好的影响。其中,院士导师人数、设备配套投入以及人均经费配套等对博士后成才有着显著性的积极影响。
[Abstract]:Taking the post-doctoral research mobile station of Fujian Province as the object, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the talent training effect of this platform by using the general survey data and the Tobit regression model. The research shows that the number of academician mentors, equipment investment, frequent international exchange and other factors have a good impact on the training effect of post-doctoral platform talents. Among them, the number of academician mentors, equipment matching investment and per capita funding matching have a significant positive impact on post-doctoral talent.
