对我国硕士研究生两段制入学资格考试改革的设想

【摘要】：当前我国硕士研究生入学考试的基本做法是初试加复试,在一定程度上简化了选拔程序,提高了效率,增强了选拔的公开、公平和公正性,但从创新型人才培养与选拔的角度来看还有较大的不足。建立灵活的两段制入学资格考试,通过分阶段分学年实行不同课程的入学资格考试的方式,是克服现有制度不足的有效方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the basic practice of the entrance examination for postgraduates in China is the initial examination and the re-examination, which, to a certain extent, simplifies the selection procedure, improves the efficiency, and enhances the openness, fairness and impartiality of selection. However, from the perspective of training and selection of innovative talents, there are still a lot of deficiencies. It is an effective way to overcome the deficiency of the existing system to establish a flexible two-stage entrance examination and to carry out the entrance examination of different courses in stages and academic years.
