社会支持在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生职业认同与抑郁关系中的调节作用

【摘要】：目的分析临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(简称"临床专硕")职业认同与抑郁的关系,探讨社会支持对二者关系的影响。方法采用职业认同量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版和领悟性社会支持量表对214名2015级临床专硕进行调查研究。结果临床专硕抑郁水平在不同性别、年龄、出生地、独生与否、婚姻状况、志愿类型及考生类型上的差异,无统计学意义(P0.05);临床专硕职业认同及领悟社会支持得分与抑郁得分均呈负相关(P0.05),职业认同得分与领悟社会支持得分呈正相关(P0.05);社会支持在临床专硕职业认同与抑郁关系中具有调节作用(P0.05);领悟社会支持低分组,职业认同对临床专硕抑郁存在预测作用(P0.05),领悟社会支持高分组,职业认同对临床专硕抑郁不存在预测作用(P0.05)。结论临床专硕抑郁水平与其职业认同、社会支持密切相关,在临床医学教育及住院医师规范化培训过程中应予以关注。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between professional identity and depression of Master of Clinical Medicine (Masters degree in Clinical Medicine), and to explore the influence of social support on the relationship between them. Methods the occupational identity scale, depression-anxiety-stress scale, simplified Chinese version and savvy social support scale were used to investigate 2015 clinical majors. Results there were no significant differences in gender, age, place of birth, unborn or not, marital status, voluntary type and examinee type in clinical major depression (P0.05). The scores of clinical professional identity and perceived social support were negatively correlated with the scores of depression (P0.05), while the scores of professional identity were positively correlated with the score of perceived social support (P0.05). Social support played an important role in regulating the relationship between professional identity and depression (P0.05). The low score of perceived social support, the predictive effect of occupational identity on clinical specialized depression (P0.05), the high score of perceived social support, and the non-predictive effect of occupational identity on clinical specialized depression (P0.05). Conclusion the level of clinical specialized depression is closely related to their professional identity and social support, and should be paid attention to in the course of clinical medical education and standardized training of residents.
