浅析影响研究生招生专家组测试结果的结构性因素--基于博弈论视角

【摘要】：充分发挥专家组作用是实现博士研究生"申请-考核"制改革目标、提高硕士研究生复试质量的关键因素,专家组的结构会对测试专家的行为选择产生影响,进而影响测试结果。从测试专家的角度,以博弈论为工具,对不同结构的专家组中测试专家的行为选择及结果进行分析,探讨影响考核测试结果的专家组结构性因素,并以此为基础提出专家组组织及考核过程管理等方面的政策性建议。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the role of the expert group is the key factor to achieve the goal of the reform of the "application-assessment" system for doctoral students and to improve the quality of the reexamination of postgraduates. The structure of the expert group will have an impact on the behavior choice of test experts. And then affect the test results. From the point of view of test experts, using game theory as a tool, this paper analyzes the behavior choice and results of test experts in different structures of expert groups, and probes into the structural factors that affect the test results. On this basis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the organization of expert group and the management of assessment process.
