中国法律硕士教育目前存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：国务院学位委员会1995年4月决定设立法律硕士专业学位教育,经过十余年的发展,我国法律硕士专业学位研究生培养单位已经增至115所,法律硕士的培养过程涌现了很多杰出的复合型、实践型的法律人才,取得了比较明显的成效,初步达到当初设立的目的。但是在此过程中也暴露了一些突出的问题,比如,教育质量评价依据及评估体制欠缺、培养方案设置不科学、图书馆建设和师资队伍建设薄弱等,必须有针对性地予以解决。
[Abstract]:In April 1995, the degrees Committee of the State Council decided to set up a master's degree education in law. After more than ten years of development, the number of training units for graduate students majoring in law in China has increased to 115. A lot of outstanding compound and practical legal talents have emerged in the training process of master of law, which has achieved obvious results and initially achieved the purpose of the original establishment. However, some outstanding problems have also been exposed in this process, such as the lack of evaluation basis and evaluation system of educational quality, the unscientific setting of training programs, the weak construction of library and teaching staff, and so on, which must be solved in a targeted manner.
