高职院校开展中国传统道德教育的对策研究

【摘要】:中国传统道德作为中国传统文化的核心,蕴含着丰富的道德教育资源,在几千年的历史发展中汇聚了人类智慧的结晶,规范着人们的行为举止,支配和影响着人的思想和行为,为今天高职院校德育工作提供了丰富的资源,对铸造伟大的民族精神,继承和发扬中华民族传统美德,提升高职院校学生素质,改进和完善高职院校的德育教育具有重要的现实意义。本文共分为四个部分: 第一部分:关于中国传统道德的起源和发展。从先秦、两汉、宋元、明清等历史朝代追述了中国传统道德的起源、发展与演变,肯定了传统道德对中国社会发展的重大影响。 第二部分:关于中国传统道德的内容精髓及影响作用。从六个方面对中国传统道德的内容精髓进行提炼与总结,分析了传统道德对当今社会的影响及作用。 第三部分:关于高职院校德育工作的现状。从育人功能、培养规格及教育定位等方面对高职教育与本科教育进行区分,分析了高职院校的生源结构和学生特点,指出优良道德传统在高职院校缺失的现状及原因。 第四部分:关于优良道德传统在高职德育中的实现途径。对高职院校开展传统道德教育的现状进行分析,,探讨了目前我国高职院校德育实践中存在的问题,提出了优良道德传统在高职院校的实现途径、对策及方法。
[Abstract]:As the core of Chinese traditional culture, Chinese traditional morality contains abundant resources of moral education. In the course of thousands of years of historical development, Chinese traditional morality gathers the crystallization of human wisdom, standardizes people's behavior, dominates and influences people's thoughts and behaviors. It provides abundant resources for moral education in higher vocational colleges today, inherits and develops the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation to cast great national spirit, and promotes the quality of students in higher vocational colleges. It is of great practical significance to improve and perfect the moral education in higher vocational colleges. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: about the origin and development of Chinese traditional morality. From the historical dynasties of pre-Qin, Han, Song and Qing dynasties, this paper describes the origin, development and evolution of Chinese traditional morality, and affirms the great influence of traditional morality on the development of Chinese society. The second part: the essence and influence of Chinese traditional morality. This paper abstracts and summarizes the essence of Chinese traditional morality from six aspects, and analyzes the influence and function of traditional morality on today's society. The third part: the present situation of moral education in higher vocational colleges. This paper makes a distinction between higher vocational education and undergraduate education from the aspects of educational function, training specifications and educational orientation, analyzes on the structure of students and the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, and points out the present situation and causes of the absence of fine moral tradition in higher vocational colleges. The fourth part: the way to realize the fine moral tradition in higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the present situation of developing traditional moral education in higher vocational colleges, probes into the problems existing in the practice of moral education in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the ways, countermeasures and methods to realize the good moral tradition in higher vocational colleges.
