【摘要】：正推进学习成果积累与转换是当前我国深化教育领域综合改革的重要内容,是构建灵活开放的终身教育体系的重要举措。十八届三中全会以及《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》等文件明确提出要"建立学习成果认证体系,建立‘学分银行’制度,实行学分积累与转换,试行普通高校、高职院校、成
