中职教师企业实践培训模式设计、实现与成效——基于上海市的实践

【摘要】:中职教师企业实践是培养"双师型"教师的重要途径,这一途径的构建在实践和理论层面依然存在很多需要解决的问题,比如,学校、教师、企业三方参与意愿不强、培训质量不高以及仍然没有成型的优质培训模式等。上海市通过长期实践与探索,构建了"基于产教结合"的企业实践培训模式,"综合资源整合"的企业实践培训模式和"双导师流动站"的企业实践培训模式这三种典型的中职教师企业实践培训模式,并且形成了一定的执行流程、管理方式及实践举措。这些经验对创新职业学校教师企业实践培训的模式,以及提高我国职业学校师资培养整体水平有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational school teachers' enterprise practice is an important way to train "double-qualified" teachers, and there are still many problems to be solved in practice and theory, for example, the willingness to participate in schools, teachers and enterprises is not strong. Training quality is not high and there is still no shaping of quality training model and so on. Through long-term practice and exploration, Shanghai has set up an enterprise practice training model based on the combination of industry and education. The enterprise practice training mode of "integrated resources integration" and the enterprise practice training mode of "double mentor mobile station" are three typical practice training modes of secondary vocational school teachers, and have formed a certain execution process, management mode and practical measures. These experiences can be used for reference to innovate the mode of practical training of teachers in vocational schools and to improve the overall level of teacher training in vocational schools in China.
