关于名师工作室建设三个基本问题的思考——以职业学校名师工作室为例

【摘要】:近年来,名师工作室在中小学以及职业学校已如雨后春笋不断涌现,但如何从理念走向实践却依然困扰着名师工作室的进一步发展。以职业学校为例,厘清名师工作室的三个基本问题:一要分别从宏观、中观和微观的角度把握其价值导向和功能尺度,名师工作室建设"为什么";二是要从学校的办学层面、专业建设层面和教学改革来解释其工作任务,名师工作室建设的"干什么";三是分别从内部和外部来构建其运行机制和保障机制,名师工作室建设"怎么建"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, famous teachers' studios have sprung up in primary and secondary schools and vocational schools, but how to move from ideas to practice still puzzles the further development of famous teachers' studios. Taking vocational school as an example, this paper clarifies three basic problems of famous teacher's studio: first, it is necessary to grasp its value guidance and function scale from macro, medium and micro angles respectively, and why does famous teacher's studio construct "why"; Second, it is necessary to explain its work tasks from the school-running level, the professional construction level and the teaching reform, and to explain the "what to do" in the construction of the famous teacher's studio; The third is to construct its operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism from inside and outside respectively, and how to build the famous teacher's studio.
