瑞士职业教育提升就业质量的经验及启示

【摘要】：瑞士职业教育与经济发展之间形成了相辅相生的循环系统。在这个循环系统中,职业教育通过职业准备教育,中、高等职业教育及职业继续教育三部分对个体在成长过程中进行职业意识渗透,就业能力培养及就业岗位中的指导与继续教育,最终实现个体就业质量的提升。针对我国职业教育的现状,认为我国可以从早期职业渗透、坚持适度教育及为个体就业提供终身支持三个方面改进,以提升职业教育毕业生的就业质量。
[Abstract]:There is a circulatory system between vocational education and economic development in Switzerland. In this circulatory system, vocational education, through vocational preparation education, middle, higher vocational education and vocational continuing education, permeates the individual's vocational consciousness in the process of growing up. The training of employment ability and the guidance and continuing education in employment can improve the quality of individual employment. In view of the present situation of vocational education in China, it is suggested that in order to improve the employment quality of graduates of vocational education, we can improve the quality of vocational education graduates from three aspects: early vocational infiltration, adherence to moderate education and lifelong support for individual employment.
