高职院校科技创新效率评价及影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】:第一阶段使用SE-DEA模型对25所全国优秀高职院校2015年科技创新效率进行评价,得出各高职院校科技创新效率排名,其中有7所院校科技投入与产出指标达到DEA有效。第二阶段将第一阶段的科技创新效率的评价值作为自变量,将可能产生影响的因素作为因变量建立Tobit模型,分析影响科技创新效率的重要因素。研究结果表明,教科研人员中科学家及工程师所占的比重、课题项目中投入人员及经费占教科研人员及经费拨入总数的比重对高职院校科技创新效率的影响较大。
[Abstract]:In the first stage, the SE-DEA model was used to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of 25 excellent national higher vocational colleges in 2015, and the ranking of the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of each higher vocational college was obtained. Among them, 7 colleges reached the DEA effective index of scientific and technological input and output. In the second stage, the evaluation value of the scientific and technological innovation efficiency in the first stage is regarded as the independent variable, and the factors that may affect the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation are used as dependent variables to establish the Tobit model to analyze the important factors affecting the scientific and technological innovation efficiency. The results show that the proportion of scientists and engineers in the teaching and research personnel, the proportion of the input personnel and funds in the project projects to the total amount of scientific and technological innovation in higher vocational colleges and universities has a great influence on the efficiency of science and technology innovation in higher vocational colleges.
