0-3岁早期教育机构课程设置的个案研究

【摘要】:0-3岁儿童早期教育日益成为世界各国幼教研究者关注的新重点。早期教育课程作为早期教育机构的心脏,是实现对婴幼儿和家长教育功能的载体,也是机构赖以良性运营的根基。现有的早期教育机构课程的设置具有随意性、功利性,以市场需求为主导。这使很多不利于婴幼儿身心健康的学习内容进入了早教课程,造成儿童早期学习的兴趣、态度和能力的困境。因此应高度重视早期教育机构中的课程设置,保障0-3岁儿童健康成长。0-3岁早期教育机构的课程研究,对笔者而言,是一个全新的领域,旨在探索,并非验证。加之各早期教育机构的知识产权保护意识较强,故本研究采用代表性抽样法,选取武汉市一家具有代表性的连锁加盟品牌早期教育机构,以该机构中各月龄段婴幼儿的课程以及参与课程的教师、婴幼儿、家长为研究对象,通过非参与式观察法和访谈法了解课程的现状,发现问题,分析问题,并尝试解决问题。本文分为四个部分。首先是绪论。主要阐释了研究的缘起、研究的内容、意义和方法、核心概念的界定。同时,对国内外的相关研究进行了综述并分析总结了现有研究成果的贡献和不足。第二部分是对A早期教育机构课程现状的分析。从课程理念、课程目标、课程内容和课程组织形式四个方面介绍了课程的现状。第三部分是对A早期教育机构课程的反思。先分析了 A早期教育机构课程的特点,再发现A早期教育机构课程存在的问题,最后分析问题产生的原因。第四部分是对早期教育机构课程的建议。笔者以A早期教育机构为依据,结合0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育的教育学、心理学理论和我国早期教育机构课程的现状,提出了自己的建议。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education at the age of 0-3 has become the new focus of preschool education researchers around the world attention. Early heart education courses as early education institutions, is the carrier of infant and parents education function, but also the foundation for mechanism of benign operation of the existing early education institutions. The curriculum is random, utilitarian, market the demand led. This makes a lot of physical and mental health of the infant is not conducive to the learning content into the development course, resulting in children's early learning interest, attitude and ability. Therefore the plight of early education institutions should attach great importance to set the curriculum in the course of 0-3 years to protect the healthy growth of children aged.0-3 in early education institutions, the author is concerned. Is a new field, to explore, not verified. Coupled with the early education institutions strong awareness of IPR protection, this study used a representative sample Method, select a representative of the Wuhan City franchise brand early education institutions, with different month age in the organization of the curriculum and the infant teachers participate in the course of infant, parents as the research object, through non participant observation and interviews to understand the course status, find problems, analyze problems, and try to to solve the problem. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. Mainly expounds the research origin, research content, significance and methods, the definition of the core concepts. At the same time, the related research at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized the existing research contributions and shortcomings. The second part is the analysis of the present situation of the course educational institutions in early A. From the curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content and form four aspects of curriculum organization introduced the course status. The third part is the reflection of A early education institutions first analyzes the A curriculum. The characteristics of early education institutions course, and then find the existence of A early education institutions course problems, finally analyze the causes of the problems. The fourth part is the early education institutions course suggestions. The author takes the A early education institutions as the basis, combined with the 0-3 year old infant early education pedagogy, psychology theory and the status of China's early education mechanism of the curriculum, put forward their own proposals.
