生成课程的源泉是关注幼儿

【摘要】:幼儿课程是什么?在没有统编教材的情况下,一线的幼教工作者常常思考这个问题。幼儿课程不是一成不变的。我们的教育理念必须打破"教师决定一切"、"教科书决定一切"的框框,但万变不离其宗。真正从幼儿身心发展的特点来寻找课程。随时随地、随机关注幼儿,这才是生成课程的源泉。在幼儿兴趣中生成课程,是课程生成、发展起点和依据:由生活经验生成课程,促使幼儿在已有经验基础上探索新的领域;关注幼儿环境,由环境生成课程,扩展了幼儿生活和学习的空间;关注幼儿活动,由活动中产生的新发现生成课程,感受探索的乐趣。同时关注重大时事,成为幼儿探索、学习、成长的载体。从理念到行为的转化,有效促进教师整体素质的提高。
[Abstract]:What is the preschool curriculum? In the absence of a comprehensive compilation of teaching materials, front-line kindergarten educators often think about this issue. The curriculum for early childhood is not inflexible. Our educational philosophy must break the frame of "teachers decide everything" and "textbooks determine everything". However, it is true to look for the curriculum from the characteristics of the child's physical and mental development. To pay attention to the child at any time, anywhere and at random is the source of the curriculum. To generate the curriculum in the interest of the child is to generate the curriculum. Starting point and basis of development: creating curriculum from life experience to promote young children to explore new fields on the basis of existing experience; paying attention to the environment of young children, creating curriculum by environment, expanding the living and learning space of young children; paying attention to the activities of young children. The new discovery generated from the activity generates the curriculum and feels the fun of exploration. At the same time, it pays close attention to the important current affairs and becomes the carrier of the child's exploration, study and growth. The transformation from the idea to the behavior can effectively promote the improvement of the teachers' overall quality.
