当前企业幼儿园存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：在市场经济体制下,企业幼儿园的生存与发展面临着严峻的考验。目前存在如下问题:尚未建立与市场接轨的新机制;改革与发展缺乏资金;管理体制僵化、落后;教职工竞争意识不强;师资队伍趋于老化,教师流失严重。要促进企业幼儿园的发展,需采取以下对策:切实转变办园观念;改革幼儿园管理体制,注入竞争机制;优化师资队伍,提高保教质量;积极发展社区幼儿教育。
[Abstract]:Under the market economy system, the survival and development of enterprise kindergartens are facing a severe test. At present, there are the following problems: not yet established a new mechanism in line with the market, lack of funds for reform and development, rigid and backward management system; The teaching staff's competitive consciousness is not strong, the teaching staff tends to be aging and the teachers are losing seriously. In order to promote the development of the enterprise kindergartens, the following countermeasures should be taken: changing the concept of running the kindergarten conscientiously, reforming the kindergarten management system and injecting the competition mechanism; Optimize the teaching staff, improve the quality of care, and actively develop community early childhood education.
