中英幼儿教师在职教育比较

【摘要】：现阶段幼儿教师在职教育逐渐得到各国学前教育部门的重视,英国作为欧洲发达国家,幼儿教师在职教育处于较完善成熟的状态,通过在经费投入、机构设置、课程安排、鼓励措施等方面,与我国幼儿教师在职教育进行比较分析,得出我国可借鉴的三方面内容:有效管理在职教育的资金投入,有效开展多形式的培训方式,合理有效设置课程。
[Abstract]:At this stage, the in-service education of early childhood teachers has gradually received the attention of pre-school education departments in various countries. As a developed country in Europe, the in-service education of early childhood teachers in Britain is in a more mature state. Through the investment of funds, the establishment of institutions, and the arrangement of courses, In the aspects of encouraging measures and comparing with in-service education of preschool teachers in our country, three aspects that can be used for reference in our country are obtained: effective management of in-service education investment, effective development of various forms of training, and reasonable and effective setting of curriculum.
