基于荆楚民间文化的幼儿园课程资源开发利用研究

【摘要】:文化是社会发展中,人类所创造出来的物质财富和精神财富的总和,是人类生活的必需品。随着幼儿园课程改革的推进,本土文化越来越受到国家的重视。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》为幼儿园课程改革指明了方向并指出:城乡各类幼儿园尝试利用本地各种教育资源,努力构建适合本地幼儿发展的课程。荆楚地区有着大量的民间文化资源,蕴含着丰富的教育价值。荆楚民间文化的开发利用,不仅可以丰富荆州地区幼儿的生活,促进幼儿的身心发展,激发幼儿对家乡本土文化的喜爱,有利于荆楚民间文化的传承与发扬。还可以提高该地区幼儿教师的专业技能发展以及对荆楚民间文化的理解,因此,开展荆楚民间文化开发利用的研究具有重要的意义和价值。本研究主要采用行动研究法,并用观察、访谈、文献等方法收集资料。对荆州市A幼儿园进行荆楚民间文化开发利用的现状调查及原因分析。在此基础上,与A幼儿园中四班老师合作,开展对荆楚民间文化开发利用的行动研究。研究期间,研究者与合作教师组成研究共同体,学习、筛选研究素材(楚服、关羽、鱼糕)、制定和修改课程计划等。在活动开展后,进行分析、反思与调整,不断改进和完善教学活动。最后对行动研究所取得的成效和不足进行总结与反思,并提出可行性建议。本研究共分为四部分:1.引言。阐述研究缘起,指出研究目的和意义并梳理相关研究文献,进而明确研究的思路和方法。2.荆州市A幼儿园荆楚民间文化开发利用的现状调查。根据研究者在A幼儿园观察和访谈所获得的资料,分析A幼儿园荆楚民间文化开发利用的现状及问题。3.荆州市A幼儿园荆楚民间文化开发利用的行动研究。针对A幼儿园荆楚民间文化在课程运用的实际问题,与合作教师一起制定合作方案,实施行动研究。整个过程按照行动研究法计划—实施—反思—再计划—再实施—再反思的研究过程。最后对A幼儿园的整个行动研究进行总结。4.研究结果的讨论与分析。在行动研究结束后,对研究的结果进行讨论与分析,总结出本次研究所取得的成果以及不足之处。5.建议。基于荆楚民间文化融入A幼儿园的现状及行动研究中存在的问题,研究者从外部支持(教育行政部门、社会宣传媒体、家长)和幼儿园(幼儿园管理者、教师)两个方面给予可行性建议。
[Abstract]:Culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by human beings in the development of society.With the advancement of curriculum reform in kindergartens,The guidelines for Kindergarten Education (on trial) point out the direction of kindergarten curriculum reform and point out that all kinds of kindergartens in urban and rural areas try to make use of all kinds of local educational resources.Strive to build a curriculum suitable for local early childhood development.Jingchu region has a large number of folk cultural resources, containing rich educational value.The development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture can not only enrich the life of children in Jingzhou area, promote their physical and mental development, stimulate their love of native culture, but also benefit the inheritance and development of Jingchu folk culture.It can also improve the professional skills development of preschool teachers and the understanding of Jingchu folk culture. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to study the development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture.This research mainly uses the action research method, and collects the data by observation, interview, literature and so on.The present situation and reasons of the development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture in Jingzhou A kindergarten were investigated and analyzed.On this basis, cooperation with the fourth class teachers in kindergarten A, the development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture action research.During the study, researchers and cooperative teachers formed a research community, learning, screening research materials (Chu Fu, Guan Yu, fish cake, to formulate and revise the curriculum plan, etc.After the activities, analysis, reflection and adjustment, continuous improvement and improvement of teaching activities.Finally, the results and shortcomings of the action research are summarized and reflected, and some feasible suggestions are put forward.This study is divided into four parts: 1.IntroductionThis paper expounds the origin of the research, points out the purpose and significance of the research and combs the relevant research documents, and then clarifies the ideas and methods of the research.Investigation on the Development and Utilization of Jingchu Folk Culture in Jingzhou A Kindergarten.According to the data obtained by the researcher in the observation and interview of kindergarten A, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture in A kindergarten.Action Research on the Development and Utilization of Jingchu Folk Culture in Jingzhou A Kindergarten.Aiming at the practical problems of the application of Jingchu folk culture in kindergarten A, the cooperative teachers work out the cooperative plan and carry out the action research.The whole process is according to the research process of action research plan-implementation-reflection-re-plan-re-implementation-re-reflection.Finally, the whole action research of A kindergarten is summarized. 4.Discussion and analysis of research results.At the end of the action study, the results of the study were discussed and analyzed, and the results and shortcomings of the study were summarized.RecommendationsBased on the current situation of Jingchu folk culture integration into kindergarten A and the problems existing in the action research, the researcher supports from the outside (educational administration department, social propaganda media, parents) and kindergarten (kindergarten manager),Two aspects of the feasibility of advice.
