幼儿眼中的师幼互动研究

【摘要】:以往,人们把儿童看做作“社会中最脆弱的群体”,同样,在成人掌握话语权的教育研究中,儿童更多的是以研究对象出现,作为研究客体被研究。但随着对儿童看法的改变,人们逐渐意识到儿童有其独特的表达方式、并富有着对世界独特的看法和体验。目前,师幼互动质量作为过程性质量,越来越成为评价幼儿园教育质量的重要方面,但是,对师幼互动的研究和评价,一直缺乏自下至上的幼儿视角。所以,本研究对幼儿眼中师幼互动状况的调查,属于从幼儿视角出发探讨和研究教育质量的一种尝试,从而为改进教育教学质量提供更多来自幼儿的声音。本研究选取了长春市三所公办幼儿园,对36名大班幼儿进行了半结构式的访谈,探查幼儿眼中生活、教学、游戏情境中的师幼互动状况,研究结果部分,则分别从教师和幼儿这两个主体出发,以各类情境中具体的施动行为为落脚点,细致地对幼儿所反映的师幼互动状况进行了分析。基于研究结果的内容,讨论部分为了进一步深入探讨幼儿眼中的师幼互动世界,分别从以下三个角度,进行了深入的分析:(1)师幼互动中幼儿的主观感受分析。(2)幼儿对互动中师幼关系的看法分析。(3)幼儿眼中影响师幼互动的因素分析。经过研究结果和讨论部分的研究发现:(1)幼儿在互动中的感受对其情绪和自我认知产生了重要的影响(2)幼儿眼中的师幼之间呈现出了多种负向的关系状态(3)时间与空间是幼儿眼中影响自身互动的主要外部条件因素(4)以往互动的经验是幼儿发起互动前内部心理过程的重要依据最后,本研究为教育工作提出了以下的建议:一、关注幼儿,给予表达的权利与机会;二、积极反思,改进不良的互动行为;三、克服障碍,消除时空的影响因素;四、打破僵局,建立积极的对话关系。
[Abstract]:In the past, people regarded children as "the most vulnerable group in society". Similarly, in the educational research of adults holding the right to speak, children are more likely to appear as objects of study and be studied as objects of study.However, with the change of views on children, people have come to realize that children have their own unique ways of expression, and are rich in unique views and experiences of the world.At present, the quality of teacher-child interaction, as a process quality, has become an important aspect of the evaluation of kindergarten education quality. However, the research and evaluation of teacher-child interaction has been lack of a bottom-up child perspective.Therefore, the investigation of teacher-child interaction in the eyes of young children is an attempt to explore and study the quality of education from the perspective of young children, so as to provide more voices from young children for improving the quality of education and teaching.This study selected three public kindergartens in Changchun City, and conducted semi-structured interviews with 36 large class children to explore the teacher-child interaction in the context of life, teaching and games in the eyes of young children. The results of the study were as follows.Starting from the teachers and children, this paper analyzes the interaction between teachers and children in detail, taking the specific action behavior in various situations as the foothold.Based on the results of the study, in order to further explore the teacher-child interaction world in the eyes of young children, the discussion part is divided into the following three angles.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the children's subjective feelings in the teacher-child interaction. (2) the analysis of the children's perception of the teacher-child interaction. The analysis of the factors that influence the teacher-child interaction in the eyes of the young children.The results of the study and the discussion part found that the children's feelings in the interaction have an important influence on their emotions and self-cognition. (2) in the eyes of the young children, there are many kinds of negative relationships between teachers and children.Space is the main external condition factor that affects the interaction of children. (4) the experience of interaction in the past is the important basis for children to initiate the internal psychological process before the interaction.This study puts forward the following suggestions for educational work: first, pay attention to young children, give them the right and opportunity to express; second, actively reflect and improve bad interactive behavior; third, overcome obstacles and eliminate the influence factors of time and space; fourth, break the deadlock.Establish a positive dialogue.
