国际学前教育公共经费投入趋势的比较研究

【摘要】:本研究综合大量来自国外权威机构的研究数据,以国际学前教育公共财政经费投入情况的比较为着眼点,发现和解释了国际学前教育公共经费投入占GDP比例逐年增长、以确保学前教育公益性为原则的公共财政投入趋势。研究者重点分析了学前教育公共经费投入与教育公益性的关系、国际学前教育公共经费投入的重点保障阶段和保障群体,探讨国际学前教育公共财政经费的投向及其背后的价值取向。
[Abstract]:This study synthesizes a large number of research data from foreign authoritative institutions, focusing on the comparison of public financial investment in international preschool education, and finds and explains that the proportion of international pre-school education public expenditure in GDP has increased year by year. The trend of public finance investment in order to ensure the public welfare of preschool education. The researchers focus on the analysis of the relationship between the public expenditure of preschool education and the public welfare of education, the key stages and groups of public funds for international preschool education. This paper probes into the investment of public financial funds for international preschool education and the value orientation behind it.
