教师研究工作坊:一种新的园本教研组织形式

【摘要】:教师研究工作坊是以自组织性、团队合作性、自然真实性、灵活性为特征的学习研究组织形式。在幼儿园有关措施的保障下,我们开展了"情景触动式""多点聚焦式""持续跟进式""激情创意式"等开放多元的园本教研活动,促进了本园教师的专业成长。
[Abstract]:Teacher Research Workshop is a learning research organization characterized by self-organization, teamwork, natural authenticity and flexibility. Under the guarantee of the relevant measures in kindergarten, we have carried out open and diversified teaching and research activities, such as "scene touch", "multi-point focus", "continuous follow-up", "passionate creativity" and so on, which has promoted the professional growth of teachers in the garden.
