【摘要】：正教育公平是社会公平的重要内容,主要体现在教育权利平等和教育机会均等两个方面,保证每个儿童享有均等的教育权利和机会,是教育公平的最根本要求,也是社会和谐发展的基础。而教育公平的起点是学前教育的公平,只有起点公平,才能保证整个教育体系的公平,否则,教育公平无从谈起。
